Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed and to receive the shipping confirmation email, which will contain tracking information for your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Delivery times vary according to the shipping destination.
Malaysia: Orders will arrive within three business days of dispatch.
Asia Pacific: Orders will arrive within five business days of dispatch.
Rest of the World: Orders will arrive within five to ten business days of dispatch.
We use tracked courier shipping for all orders.
Note: When international orders arrive in destination countries, there is a possibility that customs clearance procedures may cause delays, which are beyond Dia or our logistic partners’ control.
You may track your order using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Dia ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you may be charged for customs duties and import taxes on your order, which Dia has no control over, as these policies vary widely from country to country. If customs duties and import taxes arise, they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
However, please note that import taxes are only charged if certain thresholds are met. For example, in the United States, you do not need to pay import taxes if your purchase value is less than $800. And in Hong Kong, for instance, there are no import taxes.
Returns & Refunds
Dia cares deeply about whether or not our customers are satisfied. If for some reason you are not pleased with your order, we accept returns of unused and undamaged items within seven days of receipt.
All returned items must be accompanied by original packaging, such as boxes, tags and any protective materials. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
Dia will assist with facilitating your return — please read our “How to Return” section for further information. Please note that the cost of return shipping, if any, is incurred by the customer and original shipping fees will not be refunded.
All qualifying and accepted returns will be refunded. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we will aim to expedite your refund so you are able to purchase the new item, subject to stock availability.
Please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out. We will assist with arranging for either a courier to pick up the item, or advise on where to drop off and mail your item. We will also provide details of any relevant return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Repackage and return the items to be collected/dropped off. Please allow up to five working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
