Dia grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing Information provided.
Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of the online publication to the best of our knowledge but prices are subject to change without notice. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted. In the event of a pricing error, resulting in an incorrect amount paid, we reserve the right to cancel your order or issue a full refund. On a case by case basis, you also have to option to pay the balance due or receive a refund for an overpaid balance in either debit or store credit.
Prices shown on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Online pricing may differ from prices available elsewhere. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in MYR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Products
The availability and selection of products for sale on the Site are subject to supply. All product descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices are subject to change by the Company at any time without notice. Please note that the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered herein.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demands may occasionally result in stock being unavailable, however, all items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Following this, you will receive an email that your order has been dispatched. These emails are NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received and endeavoured to send it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when the goods have been delivered and received by you. The language of the sale contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of the Company. If you have selected "In-Store Pick Up" at our store, you have five (5) days to collect your order upon being informed it is ready. If the order is not collected within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without notice. Extension of this collection period is at the sole discretion of the Company.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, that there is an unresolved pricing error, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within these Terms and Conditions.
You bear the sole responsibility of ensuring your shipping address and selected delivery method is correct at the time at which payment is made. If there is an error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund so that you may purchase again by inputting the correct details.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made using any methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time, including but not limited to using a specified card issuer or payment platform. You confirm that the credit/debit card or other payment method that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Dia, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure, including details of your order and payment. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
At present, Dia accepts Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit) as payment methods on the Site, unless otherwise stated.

The Company is in no way responsible or liable for the external sites linked to the Site nor is the Company liable or responsible for these sites’ contents, including advertising or products offered on these sites. The Company recommends that you check the terms and conditions and specific privacy policy of any site, whether or not linked to our Site, before using the site or providing any personal information.
